We do a variety of projects on these trips - house painting, porch repair, roof repair, and wheel chair ramps. Below is one finished project. Mr. Beck can now get out of his house and into his yard and his gazebo.

Tornado Damage

On June 1, 2011 an EF3 tornado hit Monson, destroying 48 houses in about 10 minutes. It's hard to capture the damage in pictures, but the devastation caused by that day is still quite evident. Monson sits in a beautiful valley. The tornado came over the mountain on one side, blew across the town, and then up the other side of the valley.

BE the Church Sunday!

On Sunday, April 29 over 45 of us participated in "BE the Church Sunday." We sent crews to 3 different streets to pick up trash. Other crews went to the North Andover Senior Center, the Lazarus House Homeless Shelter in Lawrence and to several of our homebound members. Great Job, Everyone!
